Job Summary: The IT intern will support the team, resolve basic issues, assist with system maintenance, and learn professional practices in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in IT projects The IT intern supports the team, resolves basic issues, assists with system maintenance, and learns professional practices in the field. **Responsibilities:** **Technical Support:** * Respond to user service requests; * Install and configure software and applications; * Assist with installation and maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Resolve basic network, e\-mail, and system access issues. **Equipment Maintenance:** * Format and prepare computers; * Update operating systems and antivirus software; * Perform cleaning and organization of IT equipment. **Network and Infrastructure Support:** * Assist with configuration of local networks (LAN and Wi\-Fi); * Help create users and permissions in systems. **IT Project Support:** * Assist in implementation of new systems; * Participate in project progress meetings. **Academic Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite; * Programming logic knowledge; * Basic database concepts; * Basic web development concepts. **Desired Skills:** * Willingness to learn; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Proactivity. **Advantages:** * Power BI knowledge; * AI knowledge.
