We offer services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational productivity. **Responsibilities:** Handle support and resolution of incidents related to ERP systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure; administer IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases; prepare technical documentation, reports, and strategic indicators; participate in system integration projects; support the implementation of new IT projects; develop ERP customizations (SQL queries, reports, ADVPL/Protheus adjustments); develop and optimize administrative and industrial processes using technology. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
