Opportunity to lead teams **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for developing production projects (SolidWorks) and installation execution drawings for equipment (AutoCAD), creating technical details, analyzing layout drawings, cost estimation and documentation, new product development, and customer support. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Education (completed or in progress): Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Degree in Building Construction; \- Knowledge of architectural design, steel structures, sheet metal cutting and bending, etc.; \- Proficiency in computer tools: · Microsoft Office Suite (including basic Excel); · SolidWorks proficiency; · Experience with AutoCAD/Revit; \- Dynamism (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner); \- Strong communication skills; \- Focus and attention to detail; \- Experience leading teams; \- Preferably residing in Cachoeirinha or nearby areas; \- Availability for occasional travel, including site inspections. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:12 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** \- Please indicate salary expectations; \- Transportation Allowance (VT); \- Meal Voucher (VR) (R$ 30.00/day); \- Basic Food Basket as attendance incentive (R$145.00\); \- Health Insurance plan with 50% employee contribution (optional, after probationary period approval).
