Job Summary: Professional responsible for corrective and preventive electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance, preparing reports and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines and installations. 2. Prepare reports and suggest improvements to avoid rework. 3. Perform maintenance on control panels and electrical installations. Perform corrective and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and building installations. Prepare service reports, specifying required actions and pending items for electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance. Identify root causes and suggest improvements to avoid re\-work and reduce maintenance costs. Perform maintenance on control panels. Replace lamps and ballasts in general. Perform sizing, industrial electrical installations, and new installations. Adjust parameters of digital controllers and perform basic maintenance on them and on electronic circuit boards. Perform maintenance on checkout conveyor belts and circuit boards.
