Familiarity with tray handling and French-style service **Waiter / Waitress** **Location:** Restaurants in Gramado **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift – hours to be defined according to operational needs **Salary:** Competitive for the role \+ **tips and benefits** **Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and professionally, delivering a **friendly and efficient service experience**; * Present the menu, **take orders, and serve dishes and beverages**; * Ensure **table and dining room organization and cleanliness**; * Support the team during opening and closing routines; * Contribute to smooth department operations and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Strong communication skills, agility, and friendliness; * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; * Prior experience in * **restaurant, bar, or café service** * is a plus; * Availability to **work on weekends and holidays**. * Knowledge of **good customer service and hospitality practices**; * Basic knowledge of **tray handling and French-style service**; * Basic English or Spanish is desirable for serving tourists; * Attention to detail and agility during peak hours. Schedule: 6x1 — one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month Base salary \+ 20% hazard pay \+ **attractive service charge** Transportation voucher and shuttle service for night shift employees Meal provided on-site Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.907,90 per month
