




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, according to local business hours. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity Responsible for prospecting, maintaining, and monitoring partner retailers to execute the sales plan, ensuring fulfillment of established commitments. Manage store visits, sales activities, and daily targets within your operational region, in coordination with the regional and general managers; Check for pending items in the system from the previous day; Review the day’s schedule, reconciling it with the previous day’s schedule; Contact partner retailers via phone, text message, or WhatsApp; Conduct in-person visits according to a pre-defined weekly route; Review the partner store’s performance indicators prior to each visit (sales volume, delinquency rate, average transaction value, improvement opportunities, average plan, average rate), in collaboration with team leaders; Apply promotional stickers and deliver other marketing materials at the partner store; Carry out joint marketing initiatives with the partner retailer—aimed at brand expansion—with management approval; Collect routine or campaign-related technical materials upon completion of their application/use; Identify opportunities for sales improvement or sales potential enhancement during visits to partner retailers; During in-person visits, hold discussions with store staff and owners to assess product presence and visibility within the store. **Requirements:** Experience in field sales * Experience in acquiring and managing a client portfolio * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Salary: BRL 4,000.00 + commission + fuel allowance and vehicle maintenance support Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, according to local business hours.
