**Commercial Service Assistant (3 positions)**
Work Location: São Leopoldo/RS
Work Model: On-site
Company: CPFL RGE – A company of the CPFL Energia Group.
**Prerequisites:**
* High school diploma required;
* Must reside in São Leopoldo or a neighboring city;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Office Suite, Internet) required;
* Experience with administrative routines/computer use required;
* SAP knowledge desirable (a plus).
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Support the service network, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service in accordance with procedures, applicable legislation, and quality policies, through monitoring processes across various service channels. Pursue continuous improvement focused on customer satisfaction, services delivered by partners and other agencies, and contribute to enhancing the company’s image. Perform commercial analysis and management of the electrical damage compensation process and other customer requests, ensuring adherence to quality standards, established benchmarks, and deadlines. Key activities and responsibilities:
* Handle requests for electrical and non-electrical damages throughout all process stages, in compliance with current legislation and internal regulations. Ensure adherence to deadlines established by sectoral regulation;
* Review billing adjustment requests, assess their validity, provide timely responses to customers, and support response preparation, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines;
* Propose process improvements focused on continuous improvement;
* Support regulatory inspections as well as internal audits and Compliance Regulatory control points;
* Contribute to developing training materials for specific processes for employees;
* Receive and forward requests for court-appointed representatives for hearings related to the subject matter;
* Respond to Procons and other consumer protection agencies; prepare supporting documentation for judicial defense;
* Commercially manage projects submitted via the private projects website and authorize construction works;
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers and assist in drafting technical opinions for processes relevant to the area. Conduct itinerant on-site visits across municipalities within the concession area to promote the company’s image and comply with sectoral legislation.
