Job Summary: Professional to ensure quality and industrial standardization in a plastic manufacturing industry, with focus on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on legal compliance and industrial standardization. 2. Implementation of GMP and quality management systems. 3. Team-based pursuit of process improvements. **Plastic Manufacturing Industry** **Requirements:** * Fully comply with GMP and enforce/ensure compliance across all departments. * Train production and logistics teams on topics related to * GMP * Perform process validation and verification, focusing on legal compliance and industrial standardization. * Implement the company's established quality policy and ensure continuous improvement actions within the quality management system. * Prepare reports and technical documents, and conduct internal and external audits. * Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards. * Monitor inspection and release procedures for products. Collaborate with management, supervisors, and other company leaders to pursue process improvements. * Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Practical experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems; * Minimum 1 year of experience; * Bachelor's or Technologist degree; * Word, electronic spreadsheets; * Degree in Quality Management (in progress or completed); **Benefits:** * Competitive salary + 20% hazard allowance; * Transportation allowance (VT); * On-site meals; daily deduction of R$ 1.14; * Health and dental insurance after probation period; * Attendance bonus; * Birthday bonus; * Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 / Fri 08:00–17:00.
