Job Summary:
A Quality professional for the plastic industry, responsible for ensuring GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), industrial standardization, and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Key Highlights:
1. Ensure continuous improvement actions in the quality management system.
2. Conduct internal and external audits, inspect raw materials and products.
3. Collaborate with management to seek process improvements.
**Plastic Industry**
**Requirements:**
* Fully comply with GMP and enforce/monitor compliance across the organization.
* Train production and shipping department teams on topics related to GMP.
* Perform process validation and verification, focusing on regulatory compliance and industrial standardization.
* Implement the company's established quality policy and ensure continuous improvement actions in the quality management system.
* Prepare reports and technical documents, and conduct internal and external audits.
* Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
* Monitor the inspection and release process of products. Collaborate with management, supervisors, and other company leaders to seek process improvements.
* Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Practical experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems.
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Bachelor's or Technologist degree.
* Word, electronic spreadsheets.
* Bachelor's degree in Quality Management (in progress or completed).
