Job Summary: HR Analyst to work on-site at a distribution company, performing recruitment, onboarding, leadership support, and organizational climate initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. DNA RH, a strategic Human Resources company, is seeking an HR Analyst to work on-site at one of our clients, Flamarsul — a major distributor with a strong market presence. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting Recruitment and Selection processes * Supporting onboarding and integration of new employees * Monitoring the probationary period (30, 60, and 90 days) * Supporting leaders in people management requests and structured feedback * Assisting in organizational climate initiatives and internal communication * Organizing HR controls, reports, and metrics * Acting as the HR focal point at the client site, maintaining constant interface with DNA RH ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in generalist HR or Recruitment and Selection * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ethical conduct ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Organization and autonomy * Interpersonal ease and communication skills * Commitment to confidentiality and quality ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance ### **Work Regime** * On-site * Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:18 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
