




Job Summary: HR Analyst to work onsite at a distribution company, performing recruitment and selection, supporting onboarding, people management, and organizational climate activities. Development of HR controls, reports, and metrics. DNA RH, a strategic Human Resources company, is seeking an HR Analyst to work onsite with one of our clients, Flamarsul — a major distributor with a strong market presence. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting Recruitment and Selection processes * Supporting onboarding and integration of new employees * Monitoring the probationary period (30, 60, and 90 days) * Supporting leadership in people management requests and structured feedback * Assisting with organizational climate initiatives and internal communication * Organizing HR controls, reports, and metrics * Acting as the HR focal point at the client site, maintaining constant interface with DNA RH ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in generalist HR or Recruitment and Selection * Strong communication skills, organization, and ethical conduct ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Organization and autonomy * Interpersonal and communication skills * Commitment to confidentiality and quality ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance ### **Work Arrangement** * Onsite * Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:18 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
