A technical professional with experience in plastic injection to program, monitor, and control production processes, ensuring quality and performing maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical education
Experience in the plastic injection process; preparation, adjustment, mold setup (plastic), and tryout;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform production scheduling through machine startup, shutdown, adjustments, and allocation of labor per machine according to operational standards; Monitor and control the production process;
Support production control/programming activities by updating the Kanban board;
Ensure product quality by comparing processed parts against the standard sample;
Ensure accurate data entry into the system by typing information into the Production Control Tool (INJET);
Develop a monthly maintenance schedule through preventive and low-complexity corrective maintenance; Ensure that control metrics for your group of machines remain within standard values through daily monitoring; Provide technical support for process-related tasks by executing specific tests; Perform mold setup and machine adjustments;

WORK SCHEDULE:
SHIFT 1 (Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Sat: 6:00 AM–1:00 PM);
SHIFT 2 (Mon–Fri: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; Sat: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM);
SHIFT 3 (Mon–Fri: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sun: 11:00 PM–6:00 AM)
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$5.900,00 per month
