Organize and file documents, contracts, and invoices. Provide support in customer and supplier service via telephone and e\-mail. Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and administrative controls. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Clerk, Human Resources Intern, or Finance Intern may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
