Developing negotiation and closing skills **Photography Studio – Campo Bom** **Position: Customer Service / Sales** **Responsibilities:** * Strategic WhatsApp customer service (focus on conversion) * Proactive phone sales and follow\-up * Guiding the customer from first contact to post\-closing * Onboarding and information alignment after sale * Supporting studio operations and organization * Updating spreadsheets, lead registration, and internal controls **Requirements:** * Proven experience in customer service and sales * Experience in negotiation and closing * Comfort with targets and commission-based compensation * Strong communication skills and confidence for proactive sales * Organizational skills and discipline in handling processes and spreadsheets **Compensation:** * R$ 1\.700 to R$ 2\.300 (based on experience) * Commission on sales * R$200.00 cost-of-living allowance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 9:15 AM – 12:00 PM \| 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.700.00 \- R$2\.300.00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
