Mundial SA, Gravataí/RS unit, has an open opportunity for a Support Analyst with corporate responsibilities. **> About the Position** Your routine will include supporting IT department processes, such as providing technical support to users and technologies using IT resources, maintaining computers and peripherals, monitoring and controlling the company’s IT resources and services, managing backup routines, documenting adopted procedures and solutions found, and performing technical specifications, testing, and manual creation. **> Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, completed or currently pursued. * Experience in technical support to users, maintenance of computers and peripherals, and installation/configuration of software, including: Windows (all versions), Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus software, and Windows applications. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 solutions, virus removal, and operating system updates.
