**We are seeking a strategic, organized professional with leadership potential to work in the field of electrical and industrial automation projects, contributing to project management and execution alongside technical teams and clients.** **Client/Company sector:** Industrial automation and electrical projects **Key responsibilities:** Plan, monitor, and lead project phases. Update schedules and track demand status. Monitor deadlines, quality, and alignment with production. Directly interface with clients for alignment, adjustments, and project tracking. Assist in validating material lists and monitoring critical procurement. Manage scope revisions and technical documentation. Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions. Organize and monitor project team demands. Coordinate alignment and feedback meetings with the technical team. Assist in cost and timeline estimation for quotations. **Requirements:** Technical education in Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in progress in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Project Management, or related fields is desirable. 4–6 years of experience in electrical/industrial automation projects. Electrical training courses with a minimum verified duration of 72 hours. Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical documentation. Basic knowledge of electrical panel assembly. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority. Analytical, proactive profile with leadership capability. **Compensation and benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 4.100,00 – R$ 4.715,00 per month, depending on experience and seniority. **Hazard pay:** 30%. **Employment type:** Permanent CLT contract.
