Collaboration in continuous improvement and process automation About the Role: We are looking for a **Technology Intern** to join our Information Technology team, focusing on practical learning and supporting internal IT projects and routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, assisting in resolving hardware and software issues; * Support the configuration and installation of technology devices such as computers and printers; * Participate in maintenance and updates of systems, computers, and smartphones; * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement projects for the IT department; * Support internal system administration routines; * Contribute to process automation initiatives and internal system development. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in computer skills (Windows/Office); * Genuine interest in the IT field and related areas (e.g., software development, data, technical support, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar); * Experience developing automations (N8N, Python, or similar); * Experience developing systems or applications; * Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android / iOS). **Soft Skills:** * Excellent oral and written communication; * Curious and proactive profile, constantly seeking knowledge; * Interest in teamwork; * Proactivity.
