We are conducting a selection process for a growing biotechnology company seeking a **Financial Analyst** to operate in an operational and analytical capacity within the finance department, ensuring the accurate execution of processes, control of information, and support for decision-making. This professional will play a fundamental role in financial organization, internal departmental relations, and management support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with internal processes; * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions; * Monitor and control cash flow, supporting financial forecasts and projections; * Issue and verify invoices, payment slips, and other financial documents; * Support the monthly financial closing process, ensuring organized and accurate information; * Prepare and update financial reports and management controls; * Support collections processes and customer and supplier relationship management; * Maintain organized spreadsheets, internal controls, and files; * Interface with internal departments, outsourced accounting services, and financial institutions; * Contribute to improvements in financial processes and internal controls; * Provide administrative and HR support, assisting with tasks such as payroll data verification, benefits administration, hiring/termination procedures, document control, and coordination with accounting or external partners. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations; * Knowledge of cash flow management and financial controls; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualification:** English.
