The professional will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping merchandise, as well as contributing to warehouse organization and inventory management.

**Minimum Requirements:**

**Main Responsibilities:**

– Verify quantities against the invoice (NF), store items, and record entries into the system to ensure inventory replenishment;
– Restock shelves using items held in sub-warehouse inventory to prevent stockouts in picking areas, whenever necessary;
– Pick merchandise according to sales and replenishment orders (head office and distribution centers) to enable product dispatch and forwarding to packaging;
– Verify, package, and generate invoices (NF) for customer orders following standard procedures, to enable dispatch, whenever required;
– Organize merchandise onto pallets for transportation, ensuring product integrity during transit, whenever required;
– Support onboarding and training of new employees, whenever necessary, to ensure proper training;
– Load and/or unload trucks using pallet jacks, whenever required, following standard operating procedures;
– Conduct inventory counts for specific product lines by physically counting items and reviewing their system movements, whenever necessary, to prevent discrepancies (“stock gaps”);
– Adapt physical warehouse space to accommodate newly acquired products, considering variations in size, weight, shelf life, and physical characteristics of each new item;
– Print product labels for head office and branch locations, and replace them when necessary, to ensure accurate product identification;
– Relocate products within the warehouse to optimize and expedite incoming, storage, and outgoing processes, whenever necessary;
– Identify discrepancies (“stock gaps”) throughout the entire process—from product receipt through to customer delivery—including inter-branch transfers, using system data and/or surveillance camera footage, to ensure process accuracy;
– Frequently suggest process improvements focused on innovation and business advancement.

Salary: R$2.122,07 – R$2.295,23 per month
