Monitoring from cutting to initial validation Description: * Hold a technical or higher education degree in the relevant field; * Have prior experience in technical footwear pattern making; * Be familiar with industrial footwear manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, assembly, and finishing); * Proficient in CAD software applied to footwear modeling; * Be competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Develop technical patterns for complex sports footwear; * Participate in technical meetings with pattern-making and PCP departments; * Identify component parts and define conception processes using conventional methods or CAD software; * Oversee the production of the first prototype, monitoring from component cutting through to initial validation; * Size and adjust model proportions appropriately across different sizes, considering nesting, fit, and aesthetics; * Arrange for the fabrication of necessary tooling for production; * Explore technically sound and viable alternatives to optimize processes; * Perform final adjustments, define methods and process sheets, and standardize models for mass production release; * Document standards, specifications, processes, and tooling for approved models. 251102020223693727
