




Job Summary: Internship position for incident handling, remote support, IT maintenance and equipment configuration, as well as proposing improvements and developing procedures. Key Highlights: 1. IT system incident handling and remote support 2. Performing maintenance and configuration of IT equipment 3. Opportunity to propose internal improvements and develop procedures Incident handling via Service Desk system; * Remote support and guidance aimed at restoring IT operations and services; * Coordination with Support Analyst if first-level support fails to resolve the issue; * Conducting training sessions, creating internal manuals and procedures; * Proposing internal improvements; * Performing maintenance and configuration on computers, laptops, printers and peripherals; * Handling incidents related to landline telephony, mobile telephony and service billing.
