Carry out aerial telephone line operations through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, deploying and removing wires; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber and trunk lines, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced configurations on personal computers. Perform TUP services through technical maintenance and testing. Activate cable TV services through antenna installation and necessary configuration and testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling tests, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform installations and repairs on FTTH; Conduct Micro Computer Repairs, seeking diagnostics and correcting issues or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma (completed) Minimum of 06 months of experience in the role is desirable.
