In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Support students, teachers, and families in situations requiring referral to coordinations and other support services * Assist the Pedagogical Coordination and Educational Guidance with daily tasks (appointment scheduling, phone calls, sending and receiving e\-mails, organizing assessment tools, document typing, etc.). * Receive and register medical certificates justifying student absences, forwarding them to the School Secretariat. * Assist in organizing field trips (notices, student and chaperone lists, contact with third-party companies, activity locations, etc.). * Assist in organizing pedagogical projects and events (Multifairs, assessment deliveries, projects from different grade levels, etc.). * Receive teaching materials from teachers (lesson plans, teaching resources, assessment instruments, class registers), under supervision of the Pedagogical Coordination, ensuring documents, plans, and service records remain up to date. * Engage in continuous professional development activities within your area of expertise, whether internal or external to the school. **To perform this role, you must have:** **Education:** Completed high school; or undergraduate studies in progress in Pedagogy or Teacher Education programs **Knowledge:** Computer and tablet maintenance, Switches, general peripherals, software installation, sound mixing consoles, projectors, amplified speaker systems, etc. Relevant work experience; We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
