Perform aerial telephone line processes through telephone line installation and repair, conducting tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling tests, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations and repairs; Carry out Micro IT Repairs, aiming to diagnose, correct issues, or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician practices; valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
