Personal development and contribution to the organization's success. **Assembly Technician II** **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** The Industrial area in Portão (RS) has this opportunity to work in assembly. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Reading and interpreting technical drawings, verifying operation sequences to initiate the assembly and disassembly process of parts or equipment. * Collecting required materials and tools to begin the assembly process and ensure compliance with standards and specifications indicated in drawings, routings, procedures, and assembly instructions. * Using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to perform metrology tasks. * Performing precise measurements to ensure perfect component fit. * Assembling parts and components to form low- and medium-complexity units, clarifying doubts with your immediate supervisor. * Inspecting assembly quality and correcting any defects. * Maintaining production records and reporting problems or defects identified. * Conducting hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on equipment. * Using pressure gauges to verify pressure during hydraulic system assembly. * Operating overhead cranes and moving parts and equipment for assembly. * Maintaining care of equipment, tools, and working instruments. * Promoting workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance to optimize service quality levels. * Adjusting bearings and assembling seals. * Adjusting machines and equipment, verifying part dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments to comply with technical guidelines. * Conducting training and guiding less-experienced personnel. * Adhering to safety regulations and technical procedures. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed high school and/or technical education. * Experience in production, specifically in assembly roles, including use of tools and machinery; assembly of mechanical and hydraulic lubrication systems. * Knowledge of metrology and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * NR 11 overhead crane certification is desirable. **We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and provides development opportunities.
