Pedagogue \- Youth Reference Center – Reconstruction See below the responsibilities: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team; Coordinate with schools, the socio-assistance network, and partner organizations; Plan academic reinforcement activities; Design personalized curricular activities for adolescents and young people; Conduct workshops, classes, and activities that foster the holistic development of young people according to project requirements; Prepare and submit periodic reports on implemented activities; Complete and update medical records, ensuring proper maintenance; Provide psychosocial support and individual or group counseling sessions for adolescents/young people and their families; Continuously monitor and assess the progress of adolescents and young people participating in the project; Develop and implement project-related actions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; Develop and adapt teaching materials and methodologies based on the realities and needs of young people.
