




Job Summary: Provide technical support to customers and installers via phone, email, or chat, guiding them on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. Remote inverter configuration and report generation Provide technical support to customers and installers via phone, email, or chat. Guide them on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems. Monitor solar power plant performance through online platforms. Identify generation faults and direct them to technical correction. Assist with remote configuration and parameterization of inverters. Record support interactions and incidents in the internal ticketing system. Prepare simple technical reports on completed support activities. High school diploma required. Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of electricity (DC and AC), ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, inverter configuration and parameterization, online solar power plant monitoring, basic understanding of NR-10, and ability to analyze energy generation data.
