Everyone is welcome. #come**be**Unisinos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide financial support to Unisinos Student Services, the Commercial Area, and Academic Units; * Perform transactions on student accounts, including enrollments, advances, cancellations, and exclusions; * Record scholarships and discounts (CAPES, CNPq, institutional, and market-based) on student accounts; * Operationalize processes related to institutional agreements and contracts with third parties (companies, public agreements, and student financing); * Handle requests related to GRC, performance indicators, and financial reimbursements; * Issue and organize financial statements and documents for students, facilitating access to academic-financial information and obligations; * Support the institutional budgeting process in building, monitoring, and reallocating resources, contributing to planning and execution of budgetary actions; * Perform registration and updates of cost centers according to the institutional structure, ensuring accurate accounting and budgetary control; * Carry out accounting closing routines and prepare management reports, providing consolidated information to support decision-making; * Assist in tracking performance indicators and managing budgetary supplements, focusing on investment control and institutional efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior knowledge in the finance area, with basic understanding of financial routines and concepts. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **** * Undergraduate and specialization scholarship with up to 80% discount. * Full-tuition undergraduate scholarship for persons with disabilities (PCD); * Extension and language courses with up to 50% discount; * Paid holiday break between Christmas and New Year; * Transportation allowance and free parking; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Internal training programs; * Mental Health Program; * Pharmacy partnership; * SESC partnership; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare education reimbursement.
