Improve receiving, shipping, and distribution processes. Manage and hire last-mile drivers. Identify product shortages and damages. Monitor vehicle arrivals at the HUB. Track order receipts and pickups at the HUB. Monitor order transfers from partner bases and JUN. Track duplicate and miscellaneous orders arriving at the base. Fill in performance indicators in Drive and manage third-party attendance. Monitor driver scheduling for travel between bases. Oversee internal processes, team management, timekeeping, shift schedules, days off, and PPE. Ensure all processes are fully operational to support business needs, guaranteeing delivery and logistics quality. Maintain product quality until handover to the last-mile driver. Ensure the safety of all team members under your supervision. Control receiving, sorting, processing, and shipping procedures.
