Compliance with food safety regulations Kitchen Assistant **Location** Gramado/RS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes and meals. * Sanitize, cut, peel, and portion food items according to instructions from the chef or head cook. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, utensils, and equipment. * Monitor food storage and ensure product shelf life and proper preservation. * Support receiving and inspection of goods. * Follow food safety regulations and good handling practices. * **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary school. * **COMPETENCIES:** Organization and attention to detail. * Agility and proactivity. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Commitment and responsibility. \* **\- KNOWLEDGE:** Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety \* **\- WORK SCHEDULE:** To be determined Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — with one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month Salary for the position \+ 20% hazard pay \+ **Attractive service fee** Transportation allowance and shuttle service for night shift employees returning home On-site meals Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.456,85 per month
