Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization tasks, linen replacement, and order dispatch at our unit. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Dispatching menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Teamwork ability and good communication; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1574.00 for the first 90 days \| After probation period: R$ 1630.00 \+ 40% Hazard Pay \*Meal Allowance (after 3 months):\* R$ 200.00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* R$ 200.00 for Araricá and R$ 250.00 for other cities * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
