You will be responsible for operating production processes, verifying, inspecting, and filling cylinders, baskets, and VGLs (liquid gas vessels), handling equipment in factory production areas according to safety, quality, and environmental standards, and fulfilling established requirements. This includes loading and verifying customer vehicles, routes, and supplies, as well as internal product movement using electric forklifts or pallet jacks. You will also analyze industrial and medical products and manage inventory through periodic and annual stocktaking, supporting maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Fill industrial and medical cylinders, baskets, and VGLs, recording all required data in reports per quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans according to schedule. * Maintain the operational workplace clean and organized. * Fulfill distribution-scheduled orders on time and in correct quantities to meet internal and external customer needs. * Ensure filling station equipment (O-rings, flexible hoses, swivel joints), gas purifiers, vacuum pumps, cryogenic pumps, and compressors operate within pre-established quality and safety standards. * Keep analytical equipment calibrated to comply with existing quality plans. * Perform full classification, separation, and inspection (sorting) of cylinders, baskets, and VGLs. * Conduct external cylinder inspections, identifying essential parameters for approval or rejection of filling, and perform odor and hammer tests. * Verify routes, supplies, and customer vehicles. * Conduct periodic inventories of cylinders, baskets, and materials to ensure physical stock matches system stock (SAP). * Separate and assemble loads and perform loading using forklifts and pallet jacks. * Follow health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies, and support maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\) — implementing continuous and sustainable improvement initiatives. * Strictly comply with established safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices for chemicals, cylinders, baskets, and VGLs. * Participate in company-provided training and development programs to enhance technical skills, process knowledge, and safety awareness. * Guarantee product specifications using available resources, minimizing costs while adhering to technical specifications and quality and safety standards. * Analyze medicinal and industrial batches prior to customer shipment, following specific standard operating procedures for each area. * Perform batch analysis and record results in the appropriate data system. Upon completion of analysis, submit the system-generated certificate for approval by a qualified professional. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production or maintenance. * Preferred: Knowledge of production and filling standards and internal procedures; experience with Intelex platform, SAP, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policy, operational procedures, and forklift/pallet jack operation. **Additional Information** * On-site work. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Basic computer skills, logical and mathematical reasoning.
