




Job Summary: Systems analyst responsible for customizing and configuring systems, managing IT projects, and providing technical support, ensuring alignment with business needs. Technical support and user query resolution. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Perform system customization/configuration analysis according to requests from departments under your responsibility, developing and implementing improvements. Analyze each new IT project request, verifying departmental requirements in the system, defining priority levels through meetings with key users (process owners) from the requesting department, discussing feasibility, costs, timeline, proposing solutions, and establishing project delivery deadlines. Monitor, approve, and evaluate third-party performance when required in a project to develop or customize the company's system, aiming to meet the expected outcomes of the requesting departments. Technically specify and test applications (developments) to complement or adapt existing system functions, analyzing whether external resource development is needed to meet departmental process requirements. Execute system customization/configuration by analyzing processes to align them with the company's business, thereby increasing agility, security, and simplification of user activities. Ensure that the approval workflow for system customizations and developments complies with company-defined policies and procedures, releasing the requested new/modified functionality. Provide technical support to users facing operational difficulties and resolving queries regarding the use of the company's information system. Register the project in the system, calculating hours spent, and reporting specifications and project status to the key user of the requesting department. Notify the requesting department upon project completion, making modules/reports/adjustments available for the client to test the system and approve the work performed.
