




Job Summary: Assist with store administrative routines, supporting document control, data entry into systems, and inventory organization, as well as providing commercial department support and customer service. Inventory control assistance and customer service * Assist with store administrative routines. * Support document and file control and organization. * Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems. * Assist with order control, quotations, and customer registrations. * Provide commercial department support for sales tracking and after-sales. * Assist in issuing and verifying invoices and commercial documents. * Support inventory control and product receipt/shipment entries in the system. * Handle telephone inquiries and provide customer service support when needed. * Organize simple financial documents (bank slips, receipts, etc.). * Support the administrative team with daily activities.
