Performance indicator management and monitoring Work in the Logistics area, executing and monitoring departmental operations, developing and implementing improvements in material handling and warehousing processes, and ensuring the development and monitoring of indicators related to logistics, transportation, and inventory processes—aiming to enhance operational performance—as well as performing other related and inherent duties of the position. 1\. Monitor, control, and execute internal and external logistics operations—including distribution, receiving, storage, material handling, and inventories—ensuring adherence to deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards. 2\. Plan and control material flow, ensuring adequate availability to meet operational demands. 3\. Monitor product receiving, storage, and handling; control dispatch inbound and outbound movements; and ensure inventory accuracy. 4\. Conduct and prepare inventories, ensuring data accuracy and identifying improvement opportunities. 5\. Ensure issuance, verification, and control of invoices and billing, aligned with tax regulations and internal procedures. 6\. Identify needs for system automation and propose technological solutions to optimize logistics processes. 7\. Evaluate and negotiate with carriers to achieve optimal cost-benefit, punctuality, and service quality. 8\. Ensure preservation of finished and stored products, guaranteeing item quality and integrity. 9\. Continuously improve material handling flow, focusing on safety, productivity, and resource optimization. 10\. Conduct and organize physical and cyclic inventories, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement opportunities. 11\. Negotiate delivery delays, seeking acceptable terms for both customers and the company. 12\. Evaluate carriers to establish efficient partnerships, contributing to supply chain effectiveness. **13\. Suggestion:** Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions. 14\. Comply with occupational safety regulations; if assigned to a role requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), use and maintain it properly. 15\.
