We are seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to perform the following activities: * Prepare comprehensive budgets for construction projects, maintenance services, and multidisciplinary systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and security). * Conduct technical analysis of tender documents, RFPs, and descriptive memoranda, identifying risks, assumptions, gaps, and contractual obligations, as well as preparing the solution spreadsheet and its respective budget according to the company’s business guidelines; * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, technical descriptions, and pricing for all service items, always considering Service Level Agreements and project specifications provided by the client. * Develop direct and indirect cost compositions based on public databases (SINAPI, SICRO, SEINFRA, TCU) and supplier spreadsheets. * Obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and specialized services related to air conditioning, energy, structured cabling, automation, security, and building infrastructure. * Participate in meetings with clients and sales teams to clarify technical aspects and validate pricing strategies. * Monitor proposal submission deadlines, organize the technical documentation archive, and maintain records of costs and market benchmarks. 2512310202491894038
