Responsibilities and Duties Promote standardization of project and program management processes. · Assist in defining and implementing project and program management methods and best practices. · Create initial project schedules based on input information (commercial). · Assist coordinators in detailing schedules and allocating resources. · Maintain the human resources roster up to date. · Monitor and control adherence to the scope, schedule, and budget planned for projects, reporting deviations. · Ensure continuous updates of program status with project and program coordinators. · Lead planning meetings with Engineering and Operations teams. · Identify issues and risks during meetings and status updates and report them to supervisors. · Assist in managerial communication with clients regarding project progress. · Develop and monitor project management performance indicators. · Act in accident prevention and environmental preservation, supporting basic industrial safety and hygiene guidelines to protect people’s physical integrity and equipment, industrial facilities, and the environment during operation or execution of services within SIMEROS’s areas of responsibility; · Contribute to the Quality Management System to ensure its effectiveness by complying with applicable standards, work instructions, and procedures related to your activities; · Be familiar with the quality policy and its objectives, as well as the implications of nonconformance with requirements; · Be aware of the performance indicators for your area.
