Identify and acquire new clients, developing new business within the transportation segment. Conduct freight negotiations, rate adjustments, logistics contracts, and SLA definitions. Retain and foster loyalty among active clients, as well as recover inactive clients. Align commercial proposals with the transportation company's operational capacity. Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales team, establishing goals and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct technical and commercial visits to close contracts.
