Description

Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining equipment, supporting software, and collaborating with the team during events and meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Manages user accounts and access, ensuring information security. 2. Performs preventive maintenance and technical support for software and equipment. 3. Assists in the installation, configuration, and ticket triage. * Creates user accounts and groups, granting appropriate system and service access in compliance with the company's information security policy. * Receives and handles technical support tickets, providing guidance and initial support to users. * Performs equipment maintenance, cleaning, and formatting to ensure proper operation. * Executes preventive maintenance routines, including software updates, internal equipment cleaning, and temperature issue checks, aiming to prevent failures and extend device lifespan. * Supports on-demand software installation and configuration to meet internal user needs. * Controls software license distribution, ensuring compliance with licensing policies and appropriate resource utilization. * Manages delivery of IT equipment (e.g., laptops), performing initial configuration and installation of essential software. * Maintains structured network cabling to ensure proper connections between hardware and software devices. * Evaluates and triages incoming tickets, routing them to specialized teams when necessary. * Provides technical support during online meetings, in-person meetings, and company events, ensuring proper functionality of platforms and equipment. * Collaborates with the team in meetings to discuss improvements, share knowledge, and align strategies. * Performs other related duties as required by the company, contributing to departmental efficiency and quality.
