In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Ensure grading indices meet established targets by performing **green leather grading** according to the Grading Manual, accurately identifying the most visible defects, aiming for optimal class outcome per leather hide and achievement of planned financial results. * Achieve and maintain above **90% grading accuracy** in individual monthly grading assessments (R\&R), ensuring alignment with the standardization defined in the Grading Manual, thereby contributing to financial results and customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed Elementary/High School education.
