This position focuses exclusively on Human and Organizational Development, with no involvement in Personnel Administration. Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 ➕Meal Allowance (R$ 400,00\) ➕Health Insurance (50% covered by the company) ➕Dental Insurance (100% covered by the company) ➕Life Insurance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch) Requirements: Availability for travel to the cities of Franca, São Paulo, Presidente Prudente, and Uberaba; average frequency of once per month to other branches, though this is sporadic — some months may require no travel. No driving license required, as the company will provide transportation or public transit. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
