Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment used in pipe production, aiming to optimize the process and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment used in pipe production. * Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in automated production systems. * Carry out adjustments and calibration of machines and control systems (electrical and pneumatic). * Maintain optimal operation of production lines by identifying failures and implementing improvements. * Monitor machine performance, conducting tests and adjustments as required. * Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and maintenance manuals. * Perform welding, mechanical adjustments, and repairs. * Work in compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in electromechanical maintenance within industrial settings, preferably in pipe manufacturing or metallurgical industries. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics. * Knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, and control systems (desirable). * Commitment to occupational safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13\). * Availability to work rotating shifts (if required).
