Job Summary: Develop relationship strategies with affiliated members, manage requests, and negotiate debts to maintain payment compliance and satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Develop customer relationship and satisfaction strategies. 2. Provide reception, mediation, and resolution of affiliated members' issues. 3. Experience in debt negotiation and overcoming objections. **Expected Responsibilities** · Develop strategies for retention, satisfaction, and demand generation—providing updates and communicating innovations and service/product improvements—to maintain and nurture relationships with affiliated members and ensure payment compliance; · Provide reception, mediation, and resolution of issues raised by affiliated members, and prepare departmental reports and analyses; · Update spreadsheets and systems; · Understand benefits offered by active partners, being fully aware of negotiated terms and commercial strategies, to confidently present solutions and assurance to affiliated members when guiding them toward benefits; · Address affiliated members’ needs proactively—both actively and receptively—before disaffiliation, by presenting their benefits; · Collect outstanding amounts. **What You Need to Join This Team:** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; · Commercial mindset and proactive attitude. **Job Requirements** \- Prior experience in debt negotiations, settlements, installment plans, and issuing bills or notifications. \- Problem-solving skills. \- Experience interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person is essential, as collections work requires direct contact. \- Ability to overcome objections, retain customers, and ensure collection of overdue payments. ***WORKING HOURS:*** **Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30** **Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00** **Benefits Package:** 1\.
