If you are goal-motivated and skilled at transforming leads into contracts, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively prospect and qualify leads interested in LED billboard advertising. * Conduct online sales meetings and high-impact commercial presentations. * Manage the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects. * Negotiate deals with a focus on converting qualified prospects seeking brand visibility. * Accurately update the CRM to optimize the sales process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **Inside Sales** or B2B sales. * Proficiency in objection-handling techniques and rapid deal closing. * Assertive, persuasive communication and unwavering focus on productivity. * **Bonus:** Own vehicle (for occasional strategic travel needs). * **Bonus:** Active CNPJ (if not yet held, we provide a 30-day grace period after onboarding to formalize it). **Desired Profile** We seek an **execution-oriented** professional—someone who doesn’t wait for things to happen, but makes them happen.
