* **JOB MISSION** Support parking operations, cashier teams, valet drivers, and controllers by checking entry and exit gates before the shopping center opens and closes, also monitoring aspects related to floor cleanliness and garage painting. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - What and how?** -------------------------------------------------- Support the supervisor in opening garages, verifying cleanliness, lighting, equipment operation, and ensuring all employees are at their workstations. Check garage occupancy rate at closing, considering the existence of additional movie sessions. Support supervisors during opening and closing of cash registers, verifying that staff have taken their positions, checking cash amounts at each opening/closing or shift change. Serve customers by providing guidance in situations involving collisions, parking space disputes, and questions about payment for parking or release of vehicles. Support supervisors in valet operations, monitoring and assisting with reception service. Support supervisors in checking employee uniforms and conduct. Handle accidents and internal incidents within the parking facility under the supervision of the shift supervisor or manager. Cover meal breaks for supervisors, controllers, cashiers, and valet drivers. **NOTES** --------------- High school diploma required; preferably pursuing higher education
