**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Job Responsibilities – Project Supervisor Serve as a key player in structuring and consolidating the developer’s projects department, supporting the area’s evolution and independence, with a focus on technical governance, cross-disciplinary integration, and operational efficiency gains. Responsible for leading the hiring and management of designers, consultants, and complementary projects, ensuring technical compatibility, process standardization, schedule adherence, and alignment with the company’s construction standards. Play a tactical role in developing and implementing departmental workflows, indicators, methodologies, and controls, promoting greater predictability, productivity, and quality at the interface among projects, engineering, procurement, and construction. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising project development across all disciplines; Ensuring technical compatibility and reducing field interferences and rework; Establishing departmental standards, procedures, and performance indicators; Developing and monitoring KPIs and departmental goals; Providing technical support to engineering, planning, and procurement teams to optimize costs and productivity; Conducting technical reviews, internal approvals, and project revision control; Supervising project changes during construction execution; Validating “as-built” documentation and consolidating lessons learned for continuous improvement of developments; Supporting team technical development and fostering a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
