As a **Production Coordinator** at our Orindiúva\-SP manufacturing facility, you will join the Production team. **Responsibilities**: * Lead by example with a strong safety culture, ensuring a safe workplace is maintained at all times; * Manage the Downstream area; * Evaluate achieved results, ensuring production performance meets established targets; * Analyze procedures and operations to improve efficiency, reduce time and cost, while ensuring operational and team safety; * Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvements to sustain them and ensure business continuity; * Manage people, including performance evaluation, instruction, training, feedback delivery, working hour control, overtime, and absenteeism; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; * Update procedures, forms, and other documentation. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience in Food and/or Biotechnology industries; * Knowledge of occupational safety, continuous improvement, project management, and quality programs; * Experience in people management; * English language proficiency preferred; * Problem-solving ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ability to learn new software as needed; * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation delivery capabilities; * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising work quality or safety. **About Corbion** Corbion is a sustainable ingredients company dedicated to preserving what matters — including food and its production, health, and the planet.
