The professional will be responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient service to customers, guaranteeing a pleasant experience throughout the service. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and escort them to their tables; * Accurately record orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar; * Serve food and beverages according to house standards; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area; * Assist in setting up and dismantling the dining area before and after shifts; * Maintain personal appearance and deliver excellent customer service; * Close order tickets and assist in order control. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in this role; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
