Lead, guide, and support Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operational Staff. Manage work schedules, coverage, and occasional absences in coordination with the Operations Desk. Directly address operational incidents, maintaining direct contact with the client. Conduct technical inspections and audits on contracts under your responsibility. Ensure proper use of PPE, uniforms, and safety procedures. Support onboarding of new employees and team development. Desired Experience Proven experience in people and service management, preferably in outsourced service environments. Experience leading operational teams and delivering customer service.
