* Report directly to the supplies team and commercial team regarding any discrepancies in supplies; \- Receive samples, assess packaging and information, and sort them according to container and executing department; \- Ensure implementation of the quality management system’s primary requirements; \- Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance; \- Conduct pre\-analytical analysis of biological samples; \- Store and forward biological samples to NTOs; \- Check and record equipment temperatures (refrigerators, freezers); \- Clean workbenches; \- Respond to Movidesk tickets; \- Support the supplies team with information regarding the database and daily service requests; \- Receive and verify the quantity of dry ice; \- Assemble cardboard boxes for shipment; \- Manage inventory via SAP system and monitor expiry dates of supplies, reporting to the responsible person and requesting authorization for disposal. * High school diploma required (Technical course in Clinical Analysis is a plus) \- Basic knowledge of email, Excel, and Word required.
