ProjectAluminum® \| São José do Rio Preto \- SP \| On-site Job Description We are looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to join our team at the industrial unit in São José do Rio Preto/SP. Responsibilities and Duties * Operational Data Analysis for Shipping * Extract, consolidate, and process data on orders, picking, billing, loading, and shipping from ERP systems, spreadsheets, and operational databases. * Analyze order portfolio, shipped volumes, pending orders, delays, and operational priorities. * Develop performance analyses for picking, considering productivity, errors, rework, picking time, and bottlenecks. * Support operational capacity analysis for Shipping, including daily load, shifts, resources, and activity balancing. * Provide the Sales team with information on order status, shipping forecasts, and service level. * Support analyses for prioritizing sales orders, considering operational capacity and constraints. * Contribute data to align Sales and Shipping teams, reducing rework and information conflicts. * Develop and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI or Excel, focused on Shipping and Sales. * Automate operational reports using advanced Excel and Power Query, reducing manual tasks. * Participate in standardization, digitalization, and process optimization projects. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in Shipping by leveraging data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot). * Power Query for data processing and consolidation. * Power BI for dashboard creation and analysis. * Strong analytical capability applied to operational data. Desired Qualifications * SQL for queries and data extraction. * Python for data analysis and automation. * Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean, or operational KPIs. * Experience with shipping, order, picking, inventory, or logistics data.
