WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: We seek committed, responsible individuals to carry out operational activities related to the collection, transportation, and internal handling of solid waste, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as maintaining the organization and functionality of equipment and the Waste Management Center. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Transportation and Vehicle Operation: * Drive and operate light vehicles for transporting waste within company facilities. * Conduct transportation safely, ensuring waste is properly contained and complies with current legislation. * Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: * Ensure vehicles/equipment remain in optimal working condition. * Perform the daily vehicle/equipment checklist and immediately report any deviations or maintenance needs. * Waste Management and Handling: * Carry out collection, transportation, sorting, and internal storage of solid waste at facilities and the Waste Management Center, following applicable norms and procedures. * Operate the composting unit, contributing to area organization and cleanliness. * Organization and Cleaning: * Actively assist in the general organization and cleaning of the Waste Management Center. * Communication and Planning: * Immediately report operational deviations or safety risks to your supervisor. * Schedule waste collections in advance to prevent material accumulation at centers. * Provide requested information to managers and clients for operational demand management and monitoring. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in internal logistics, driving, or operational handling. * Mandatory: Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category B. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in industrial operations, logistics, or environmental services.
